1 General Overview

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 7joy and all its users. By accessing this platform, creating an account, playing any game, or making any financial transaction, you are acknowledged to have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms set out here.

5 Account Security

6 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds at 7joy, you may use the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to request a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (in exceptional cases, the support team will decide).
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.

8 Welcome Bonus

7joy offers a welcome bonus for new members: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳2,000 — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. This wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Additional conditions apply when completing the wagering requirement:

• Certain game categories may be counted differently toward completing the wagering requirement.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the set time limit after the bonus is claimed.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the older one must be completed first.
• 7joy reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

9 Bonus Abuse Policy

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms
• Using coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotional benefits
• Claiming a bonus using false information

10 Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7joy platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Playing in collusion with other players (Collusion)
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other players

For any of the above violations, 7joy reserves the right to close an account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

11 Technical Issues and Dispute Resolution

If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 7joy reserves the right to determine the correct result. If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage or network problem, it will be resolved in accordance with the platform's own policies.

12 VIP Tiers and Benefits

The 7joy VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation. 7joy reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback terms.

13 Responsible Gaming Commitment

7joy places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — it is never a solution to financial problems. Users can set their own deposit limits, session times, and betting limits. Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is also available.
